This machine is widely applied to circular labeling for round bottle. The special rub-roll big roller is the highlight of the machine . it realizes labelling at high speed and high accuracy.

Features:

Applying our patented technology -big rub & roll roller device to replace the old belt device, which removes the latter’s up-down deviation phenomenon while labelling, this machine is featured with labelling at high speed , high accuracy.

Closed loop control system, high-speed and high- accuracy locating ability, which characterizes the high class servo motor, the machine’s maximum label feeding speed reaches up to 60 meters/minute.

Common design at the entrance to separate the bottle. The machine caters to products of different diameter , no need user to replace any part and therefore shorten the changeover time.

User-friendly HMI , self diagnosing system . Interaction between the user and the machine.

Easy to operate and maintain the machine. The user is able to run the machine after short training.
